About Me

I understand the realities of addiction and recovery both personally and professionally. I’ve been in long-term recovery for more than 27 years, and that lived experience — combined with my work as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker — informs how I show up with clients.

I work primarily with professionals and high-responsibility individuals facing addiction, trauma, stress, burnout, or identity strain. My approach is direct, evidence-based, and anchored in respect, accountability, and clarity. I’m not here to judge or minimize — I’m here to help you stabilize, rebuild, and move forward with dignity.

I earned my Bachelor’s in Philosophy (2009) and Master of Social Work (2015) from Temple University. For the past six years, I’ve worked in private practice and have found deep meaning in helping people navigate recovery, grief, and major life change. This work is not just a profession — it’s aligned with who I am.

I live in Southeastern Pennsylvania with my wife and daughter and bring the same authenticity to my personal life that I bring to my practice. Clients often describe me as grounded, compassionate, direct, and sincere — with a sense of humor when it fits.
