Services & Fee Schedule

• Initial Phone Consultation (10–15 Minutes): Complimentary (Required Prior to Intake)

  A required brief phone conversation to discuss your goals, review practice parameters, and ensure mutual clinical fit before scheduling an initial session.

• Individual Psychotherapy Session (50 Minutes): $200 per session

  Ongoing, comprehensive clinical care provided via secure telehealth. Payment is processed at the time of each appointment.

Many licensed, corporate, and executive professionals specifically elect private pay to ensure maximum privacy and confidentiality. Direct payment guarantees:

• Your clinical records remain entirely confidential and protected from institutional access.

• No mandatory psychiatric diagnoses are submitted to commercial insurance registries or employer databases.

• Full clinical autonomy over treatment goals, pace, and duration without third-party insurer oversight or audits.

Out-of-Network Reimbursement

If you carry commercial insurance with out-of-network behavioral health benefits, you may be eligible for direct reimbursement from your plan.

Upon request, a detailed monthly superbill containing all standard diagnostic and procedural codes (CMS-1500 compliant) will be provided for you to submit directly to your carrier.
